【摘要】 我国视频网站现有的主要发展模式有"正版﹢免费﹢广告"模式、Hulu+UGC模式两种,通过对最新数据与网站动态的分析,总结出几种盈利创新模式,包括视频广告形式不断创新,用户收费模式,投资电影扩张至上游产业,进军电子商务领域,做商业网络视频平台,提供移动增值服务等;针对视频网站盈利水平低的现状,优化内容是提高网络视频核心竞争力的根本,着重打造用户体验"品质化",使当前视频网站实现盈利长远发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main development modes of video websites in China are "legal copy + free + Advertisement" and "Hulu + UGC".Based on the analysis of the latest data and websites developments,several profit modes are concluded.Various types of advertising and charge modes are proposed;movie investment are expanded into upstream industry;e-commerce is adopted;commercial network video platform is built;mobile value-added service is provided;as regards to the low profit of video websites,contents optimization is the key to raising the core competitiveness of video websites in order to realize its profit development in the long run.更多还原
