链杆平衡管理模型在施工安全管理中的应用
Application of chain-pole equilibrium management model to constructions safety management
【摘要】 从建设工程施工项目管理中的人、机(物)、环境3个主要管理因素出发,分析了人与机、人与环境、人与物、机(物)与环境等关系对建筑工程施工中安全管理的本质影响。通过中国建筑工程施工管理中的实际情况,应用链杆平衡管理模型研究了建设工程施工中的人、机(物)、环境及其相互之间的平衡问题,发现用综合能力数来评价施工企业安全管理中的人、机(物)、环境的综合能力,能够最大限度地对安全管理资源进行合理配置。应用结果表明该模型是可行的。
【Abstract】 From the person,machine(material),and environment of the construction project construction item management three main management factors embarked,this paper analyzed the influence of the relations of human with machine,human with environment,human with thing,and machine(material) with environment on the safety management in engineering construction.According to Chinese construction management of the actual situation,the bar chain management model was introduced to study the balance of construction,machine(material) and environment.It was found the comprehensive ability number can evaluate the safety management of construction enterprise,to optimize the safety management resources rationally.An example shows this model is feasible.1 fig,10 refs.
