【摘要】 目的:探讨复方降糖茶对糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用及其可能的作用机制。方法:以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导Wistar大鼠制作糖尿病模型,观察复方降糖茶对糖尿病大鼠体重增长及胰岛细胞形态的影响,测定血糖、血脂、血清和肝肾超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)/丙二醛(MDA)活性以及胰岛素敏感性(ISI)。结果:复方降糖茶可抑制糖尿病大鼠体重减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),降低胰岛细胞的破坏;显著降低血糖浓度(P<0.01),ISI有所回升(P<0.05),同时血清及肝肾等组织SOD活性明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:复方降糖茶可以改善糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂代谢紊乱,升高SOD活性,并降低MDA水平,对糖尿病大鼠的胰岛细胞也有保护作用,具有一定的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Jiang Tang Cha on the diabetic rats and its possible mechanism.Methods: Diabetes was induced by a single injection of streptozotocin after a month of high fat diet.The data of body weight gain and the blood glucose was assembled as well as the blood fat including CH,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.The SOD/MDA levels were also examined in the serum,liver and kidney.Finally,the morphology of the islet cells was evaluated by HE staining.Results: Compared with diabetes group,the blood glucose signifi-cantly decreased in Jiang Tang Cha treated group(P <0.01),and the effect of Jiang Tang Cha on increasing the ISI was also better than that in diabetes group(P <0.05);Jiang Tang Cha signifi-cantly lessened pathological damage,and increased islet cells positive to insulin;Jiang Tang Cha significantly degraded MDA levels(P <0.05)and upgraded SOD levels(P <0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: Jiang Tang Cha exerts a good protective and reparative effect on diabetic rats possibly by regulating the SOD/MDA levels and reparative effect on islet cells damage.更多还原
