GCr15钢M-B复相组织的强韧性研究
Study on Strength-toughness of GCr15 Steel with M-B Duplex Structure
【摘要】 研究了连续淬火和等温淬火热处理工艺对GCr15轴承钢淬火组织、钢硬度、冲击韧性和抗拉强度的影响.结果表明,等温淬火工艺获得的M-B复相组织(马氏体-下贝氏体复相组织)比连续淬火获得的单一片状马氏体组织具有更好的强韧性能.在等温淬火工艺的加热和等温温度不变条件下,等温时间对M-B复相组织及强韧性能有较大影响.
【Abstract】 The effect of direct and isothermal quenching technologies on quenched structure,hardness,impact toughness and tensile strength of GCr15 bearing steel was investigated in this paper.The results showed that the impact toughness and tensile strength of M-B duplex structure(Martensite-bainite duplex structure) obtained by isothermal quenching technology are better than that of single martensite structure by direct quenching;and under the condition of keeping the same heating and isothermal temperature for isothermal quenching,the isothermal time has greater influence on the impact toughness and tensile strength of M-B duplex structure of GCr15 steel.
