【摘要】 学术英语课程是学生在大学英语应用提高阶段实现通用英语能力向专业英语能力过渡的桥梁。本文首先介绍学术英语课程的教学理念、形式和内容,为其成为通用英语与专业英语之间的衔接课程提供理论依据。然后,文章分析笔者所在学校开设学术英语课程的时机、可能性和模式,并通过教学实验对其开展进一步探讨。文章旨在为大学医学方向学术英语课程体系的深入建设提供理论和实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 EAP(English for Academic Purposes),due to its unique teaching philosophy,is chosen by many teachers as a bridging program between EGP(English for General Purposes) and ESP(English for Specific Purposes) at the stage of application and improvement in college English teaching,thus contributing to the development of students’ academic English competence.This paper gives an analysis of the timing,feasibility and models of Web-based EAP courses in the author’s college,and points out the existing problems of relevant teaching practice.The paper is expected to provide theoretical and practical foundations for further construction of a scientific medicine-oriented EAP program in some colleges.更多还原
