【摘要】 目的:通过测定黄芪、当归、枸杞子、杜仲4种补益药中微量元素的含量,探讨微量元素与人体健康的关系。方法:用原子吸收分光光度计测定黄芪、当归、枸杞子、杜仲中铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、钼(Mo)等8种微量元素的含量。结果:Ca的含量最高,Mo次之,Cr、Mg、Fe、Zn紧随其后,Cu的含量几乎为0。结论:黄芪、当归、枸杞子、杜仲4种中草药含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,具有相当高的药用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Through the determination of Astragalus,Angelica,Medlar,Eucommia four kinds of compensation and trace elements in medicine,explore trace elements and the health of human body relations.Methods: Determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer Astragalus,Angelica,Medlar,Eucommia iron determine if Fe,Mg,Cu,Ca,Zn,Cr,Co,Mo eight kinds of trace elements such as the content.Results: Ca is the highest content of commerical,Cr,Mo Fe,Zn,Mg,the content of Cu,followed by almost 0.Conclusion: This lab found Astragalus,Angelica,Medlar,Eucommia four Chinese herbal medicine contains many of useful microelements,has quite high medicinal value.更多还原
