羧甲基壳聚糖—锌络合物的制备及对大鼠血清SOD活性的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究羧甲基壳聚糖与锌(Ⅱ)络合物的制备并初步探讨其对抗氧化酶SOD活性的影响。方法:用水溶性的羧甲基壳聚糖与锌(Ⅱ)制备络合物,用红外、紫外光谱等初步分析络合物的理化性质,并研究该络合物对饲高糖高脂大鼠血清SOD活性的影响。结果:紫外、红外光谱表明锌可与羧甲基壳聚糖发生络合反应;羧甲基壳聚糖—锌能显著提高饲高糖高脂大鼠SOD活性(P<0.05)。结论:羧甲基壳聚糖可与锌(Ⅱ)形成络合物,并能增强SOD活性。

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare Zinc(Ⅱ)-carboxymethyl Chitosan complex and study its effect on serum SOD in high fat/high sucrose-fed Wistar rats..Methods: The coordination compounds of carboxymethyl Chitosan with Zinc(Ⅱ) were synthesized and studied by TJ-IR and UV-V.Its effects on serum SOD in the diabetic rats were investigated.Results :TJ-IR and UV-V indicated Zinc element and carboxymethyl Chitosan could form a complex.The complex might improve SOD activity in high fat/high sucrose-fed Wistar rats(P<0.05).Conclusion: carboxymethyl Chitosan could form the cooperation thing with Zinc(II).The complex might increase SOD activity.
