【摘要】 目的:建立测定鸡血藤中微量元素含量的分析方法。方法:用HNO3+HClO4(3+1)混合酸作为消解剂进行样品消化,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定。结果:鸡血藤中Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu的含量分别为624.85、132.77、49.90、23.80、20.72μg/g,加标回收率(n=6)在97.15%～105.6%之间,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)为0.21%～0.89%。结论:该方法是一种快速、灵敏、准确的分析方法,可以为鸡血藤的进一步研究提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of microelements in Net Cliffbean.Methods:The sample was digested with the acid mixture of HNO3+HClO4(3+1)before determination.in Net Cliffbean by ICP—AES.Results:The content of Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu in Net Cliffbean are 624.85、132.77、49.90、23.80、20.72 μg/g.The recoveries(n=6)were 97.15%~105.6%,RSD(n=6)were 0.21%~0.89%.Conclusion:A rapid,sensitive and accurate method for the determination of microelements is found.The study may provide a scientific basis for the further study of Net Cliffbean.更多还原
