【摘要】 农业保险对稳定农业生产、提高农民收入具有重要作用,但是其自身固有的特点使得农业保险成本居高不下,在许多国家农业保险的顺利开办主要得益于政府的大量补贴。近年来出现的天气指数保险代表了农业保险的新进展,它减少了农业保险中的信息不对称,从而在一定程度上克服了逆向选择和道德风险。介绍了农业保险和天气指数保险的发展历程及其研究成果,对其未来发展提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural Insurance plays a very important role in stabilizing agricultural production and increasing peasants’ income,but its cost is very high because of its inherent characteristics.Agricultural Insurance has been launched well in many countries mainly owe to substantial subsidies of their governments.Weather index insurance presents a new stage of agricultural insurance.Weather index insurance reduces the information asymmetry to overcome adverse selection and moral hazard in some way.Some advices are given after introducing the course of the development and research findings of agricultural insurance and weather index insurance.更多还原
