【Abstract】 In a sense,higher education is a process of promoting students’ employability,and it is especially true of higher vocational education.Hence,the results of developing students’ employability at college can not only be a key factor of determining students’ quality and being successful in locating a job,but also be an important criterion for measuring talent training level of a higher vocational college.This paper explores the ways to develop students’ employability based on student organizations from the aspects of self-development quality,interpersonal relations quality and environmental adaptation quality.更多还原
