【摘要】 目的:初步探讨慢性乙肝(CHB)患者血清白介素-27(IL-27)表达水平及意义。方法:根据临床表现将33例CHB患者分为轻度组(12例)、中度组(11例)和重度组(10例),分别检测各组血清IL-27水平以及谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平;又根据血清乙型肝炎病DNA(HBV-DNA)载量,将患者分成HBV-DNA低载量组(≤105拷贝数/ml)和高载量组(>105拷贝数/ml),比较两组IL-27水平差异。结果:CHB各组血清IL-27水平较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.05),且重度组显著高于轻度组和中度组(P<0.05);不同HBV-DNA载量组血清IL-27水平有显著差异,低载量组显著高于高载量组(P<0.05);CHB患者血清IL-27水平与ALT和GGT水平均呈显著正相关(r分别为0.723和0.664,P<0.01)。结论:IL-27水平升高与CHB严重程度有关;IL-27在清除患者HBV感染的同时也造成其肝细胞炎性损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression level of IL-27 in serum of the patients with chronic hepatitis(CHB) and its clinical significance.Method:IL-27 level was detected by the ELISA method in all patients,at the same time,ALT/GGT level was detected.HBV-DNA level was detected by the fluorescence quantitative PCR method,according to HBV-DNA load,the patients with CHB were divided into low(≤105copies/ml),and high(>105copies/ml) virus load groups.Results:IL-27 level in patients with severe CHB was significantly higher(P<0.05) than in moderate and mild groups;the level of IL-27 in all patients with CHB was significantly higher than those in control group;IL-27 level in different virus load groups were significantly different(P<0.05):the level of IL-27 in low virus load groups was significantly higher than in high virus load groups.The level of IL-27 in serum of patients with CHB were positively correlated with level of ALT/GGT in serum(r=0.723,P<0.01;r=0.664,P<0.01).Conclusion:IL-27 may participate in hepatic inflammatory injury process during which IL-27 induces the hepatic cells lesion as it clearing HBV,the serum level of IL-27 may be used as the degree of liver damage for patients with CHB.更多还原
