【摘要】 【目的】观察利用尖牙残根制作scop球帽附着体式全口覆盖义齿修复牙列缺失的临床效果。【方法】采用尖牙残根制作scop球帽附着体式全口覆盖义齿为仅剩尖牙残根的牙列缺失患者进行修复治疗,经过3年临床观察,通过患者的主观感受,临床检查和X线检查评价修复效果。【结果】scop球帽附着体式全口覆盖义齿美观舒适,咀嚼有力,未对基牙牙根及支持组织造成损害。【结论】scop球帽附着体式全口覆盖义齿是一种较为理想的修复仅剩尖牙残根的牙列缺失的修复方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the clinic effect of scop attachment on cuspid root in resteration of edentulous with complete over denture.【Methods】 Scop attachment was put on the cuspid residual root,and over denture was used in 12 cases with edentulous.After 3 years clinic observation,the effect was evaluated by the following indices including subjective feeling,clinic and X-rey examination.【Results】 Patients consider the over denture with scop attachment was comfortable and beautiful,mastication was convenience and had no harm on the cuspid residual root and the peridontal tissues.【Conclusion】 The over denture with scop attachment is a favorable choice to restore the patients with edentulous.更多还原
