无换向极直流电机气隙尺寸计算
Calculating the Air-Gap Dimension of a No-Commutating Pole DC Machine
【摘要】 直流电机气隙尺寸在各电机设计书中仅给出与线负荷和气隙磁密有关的关系式,各资料间的差距很大,因此在设计中多为凭经验选用。为了确切地计算气隙尺寸,经过推导,给出计算气隙的精确公式。经企业生产验证该公式是比较适用的。
【Abstract】 Air-gap dimension of DC machine is only given relations to it’s line load and magnetic flux-density in varied electric machine design handbook,in which the difference is vary apparent,so it is currently selected by experience in designs.The accurate formula of calculating air-gap dimension was determined by way of derivation.And after verification by enterprise,the formula is comparatively applicable.
