基于新模型的双开关磁阻电动机同步控制方法
Synchronic Control Method for Double Switched Reluctance Motors Based on a New Model
【摘要】 提出了一种新的开关磁阻电动机解析模型,并根据此模型设计了双开关磁阻电动机的改进交叉耦合同步控制方法。针对现有模型的转矩计算不便问题,利用磁链-转子位置关系曲线的对称性特点,提出了快速转矩计算模型,方便在线实时计算瞬时转矩,并把此模型应用到两台电机同步控制,两台电机转矩差实时计算后,取反并与速度差耦合,同时反馈到速度控制端。仿真结果表明,该方法缩短了同步时间,减小了最大速度差,降低了转矩抖动,使同步过程更加平稳,功率输出平衡得到改善。
【Abstract】 A novel analytical model of the switched reluctance motor(SRM) was proposed and with it a modified cross-coupled synchronic control method for double SRMs was presented.To solve the problem of inconvenient torque calculation existing in the traditional model,a quick torque calculation model was put forward taking advantage of the symmetrical characteristic of the flux linkage-rotor postion curve.It can easily calculate the instantaneous torque error on line and at real time.Meanwhile,the model was applied to the synchronic control of the two motors,and after the realtime calculation of the torque error and the negation and coupling with the speed,the results were fed back to the controller.Simulation results show that the proposed method shortens chronic time,decreases maximum speed error,reduces torque ripple,stabilizes the synchronic process and improues the output power balance.
