用PCL-839和GAL实现步进电动机的控制
Stepping Motor Control Based on PCL-839 and GAL
【摘要】 为了简化步进电动机的控制,提高控制电路的适应性和可靠性,以步进电动机控制卡PCL-839作为步进电动机控制核心,用通用阵列逻辑(GAL)实现步进电动机环形脉冲分配器,通过在上位PC机编制控制软件,实现了步进电动机起停、加减速和正反转的高速控制,详细描述了控制系统的硬件构成和软件实现流程。该控制方法直观、可靠,电路简单,适应性强。
【Abstract】 To simplify the control of the stepping motor and improve the adaptability and reliability of the control circuit,the stepping motor control card PCL-839 was adopted as the control center.Ring pulse distributor circuit was designed by means of general array logic(GAL).The starting,stoping,accelerating,decelerating,and positive and negative high speed running were controlled.The hardware structure and software flow of this control system was described.This control method is visual,reliable,and the circuit is simple and adaptable.
