【摘要】 阐明心理性应激和躯体性应激对鼠脾杀伤细胞影响的异同。应用Communication box系统分别使小鼠连续负荷心理性应激和躯体性应激3 d后,以51Cr释放法检测鼠脾NK、LAK、CTL细胞杀伤活性。负荷心理性应激和躯体性应激后,可导致鼠脾NK细胞、LAK细胞杀伤活性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);两者均可明显降低C57BL/6小鼠脾CTL细胞活性(P<0.01),躯体性应激比心理性应激对CTL细胞活性有较强的抑制作用。心理性应激和躯体性应激均可降低脾NK、LAK、CTL细胞杀伤活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The similarities and differences of effects on psychological and physical stresses on killing activity of NK cells were illustrated using a communication box system,made the mice receive successive physical and psychological stresses respectively.Then 51Cr-release assay was used to measure the killing activity of NK,LAK,and CTL cells.The levels of NK cells receptor in splenic cells and LAK cells in mice was assessed by flow cytometry.The results showed that physical and psychological stress decreased the killing activity of NK cells and LAK cells of splenic in mice(P<0.05,P<0.01).They both reduced the activity of splenic CTL cells in C57BL/6 mice(P<0.01),psychological stress more inhibited the activity of CTL cells than psychological stress.They both reduced the NK1.1+splenic cells.But physical stress merely decreased the number of Ly49G2+splenic cells(P<0.005).Physical stress decreased NK1.1and Ly49G2 receptor in LAK cells significantly.Therefore,physical and psychological stress both could decrease the killing activity of splenic NK cells and LAK cells,CTL cells,but show different effecting in the express of NK cells in splenic cells and LAK cells,suggesting there were different mechanism between physical and psychological stresses in effecting NK cells’ function.更多还原
