【Abstract】 Fifty-six Monascus strains were isolated,purified and obtained from different market-sold red fermented rice and red fermented tofu.Through shake flask testing and screening,obtained strain M-6 with high-yield of polysaccharide at 4.73 g/L.It was identified as Monascus rubber based on morphological,physiological characters,rDNA,and ITS sequence.Part of its biological characteristics was also studied.更多还原
