徐州市蟑螂密度监测及抗药性测定

【摘要】 目的了解徐州市蟑螂密度和抗药性水平,为蟑螂防治提供科学依据。方法密度调查用粘捕法,抗药性测试用药膜法。结果 各类环境共捕获蟑螂4 863只,均为德国小蠊,平均侵害率为14.03%,密度为2.25只/张。侵害率餐饮最高,为21.11%,密度农贸市场(超市)最高,为3.48只/张8,月密度和侵害率达到高峰;德国小蠊对残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷、高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数分别为0.76、0.60和2.73。结论德国小蠊为优势种群,活动高峰在夏季,宾馆、农贸市场密度较高,应加强蟑螂监测和防治工作;高效氯氰菊酯应谨慎使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To research the density and resistance level of cockroach in Xuzhou city.Methods The density investigation used the method of sticky traps and the resistance used the method of chemical cover contaction in jar.Results Totally 4 863 cockroaches were caught in five different environments in Xuzhou city in 2010.They were all Blattella germanica.The average infestation rate reached 14.03%.The average index of density was 2.25 pieces for every paper.The highest infestation were catering trades(21.11%) and the highest density were supermarkets(3.48 pieces for every paper).The peaking of population density and infestation was at August.The resistance ratio to propoxur acephate and beta-cypermethfin were 0.76,0.60 and 2.73.Conclusion Blattella germanica is the predominant species in various environments,and the peaking of the population density is in summer.There are high density of cockroaches in hotel and farmers’ market.Therefore cockroach monitor and control should be reinforced.It is necessary to reduce the use of beta-cypermethfin.
