【Abstract】 To monitor the residual of polysaccharide activating agent 1-cyano-4-dimethylamino pyridinium tetrafluoroborate(CDAP)effectively in the process of preparing vaccines,a simple and rapid method was established based on high performance cation exchange chromatography.The validation result showed that this method is of good specificity,accuracy and precision.The limit of detection is about 16 μg/L.There is a good linearity between 20 μg/L and 100 μg/L.更多还原
