【Abstract】 Through literature research and logical analysis,the paper does the analysis on the current conditions of Chinese traditional sports,and finds that Chinese national traditional sports are lack of independent intellectual property system.To promote the intellectual property rights cultural strategy,the study argues that it is the best protection to construct intellectual property rights of non-material cultural heritage of national traditional sports,and still make a few marketing strategies for that.更多还原
