【Abstract】 The paper introduced how to use the plan-do-check-action cycle as the principal theory to direct the clinical pathway’s implementation,and how to use it as the guarantee for the continual improvement of clinical pathway’s implementation.It is an effective way to ensure the clinical pathway’s implementation through supervision of department director,continual finding new problems,development of new policy and continual improvement.更多还原
