培训演练对突发公共卫生事件应急能力影响分析

【摘要】 目的评价培训演练等干预后基层卫生监督机构应急体系人员应对突发公共卫生事件应急能力的提高效果。方法通过突发事件应急处置体系建设、体系文件的宣传贯彻、培训、学习及实践演练,比较分析应急体系人员的应急能力测试结果。结果通过干预,卫生监督员专业技能水平有了明显提高,平均得分从51.81分提高到82.24分,差异具有统计学意义;不同性别、工龄、学历、专业类别的能力测试结果无统计学差异,而一线调查人员的测试结果显著高于后勤保障人员(P<0.05)。结论通过培训演练等干预手段提高基层应急体系人员应对突发事件应急能力的模式和方法效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of training and drilling for improving capability of coping with public health emergency.Methods Compared and analysed the data of the questionnaires after establishment of evaluation index system,training and drilling.Results The values obtained by testing from the questionnaires of the people who disposed emergency events and their capabilities for the second time is higher than the first time.The difference were remarkable.The testing results of different gender,different time for work,different speciality,ect.have no significant difference,but the testing results of different teams such as inspecting teams and logistics ensuring teams have significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusions The mode and method of training and drilling for improving capability of coping with public health emergency are effective.更多还原
