统计信息的经济效益分析——基于某医院的案例分析

【摘要】 目的探讨统计分析与建议为决策服务所产生的经济效益,以体现统计工作的价值。方法用德尔菲法对8名专家进行问卷调查,得出一项建议所产生经济效益的权重,并以一个有关缩短平均住院日的实例进行测算,分析所产生的经济效益。结果该建议所产生的经济效益一年达到113.2万元。结论良好的统计建议可以产生可观的经济效益和社会效益,应引起管理者和统计人员的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To explore the economic effects of statistics analysis and proposal which for makingpolicy decisions, so as to reflect the value of statistics. Methods Eight experts were requested aquestionnaire to decide a weight of a proposal for economic effects, and an example about shorteningaverage of hospital stay was used for analyzing the economic effects. Results The total value of theproposal was up to 1,132,000 Yuan per annum. Conclusion A fine proposal of statistics could producegood economic effects and social effects, the supervisors and statisticians should pay attention to it.更多还原
