小浪底水库异重流持续运动条件的定量准则
Quantitative criterion of continuous motion conditions of turbid density current in reservoirs
【摘要】 异重流排沙是小浪底水库拦沙初期减少库区泥沙淤积的重要运用方式,异重流持续运动条件用于判断在不同水沙条件及库区地形条件下异重流能否运行到坝前而排出水库,是异重流排沙规律的主要研究内容之一.系统地总结了定性描述异重流持续运动条件的五方面内容,然后分析了现有异重流持续运动条件定量估计方法的不足.结合近年来小浪底水库异重流运行的观测资料,提出了用水流功率与库区平均水深定量表示异重流持续运动的临界条件,这种方法不仅考虑因素较为全面,而且能够充分反映库区地形特征对异重流持续运动的影响.
【Abstract】 To release sediment through venting turbid density currents is an important measure to reduce the sedimentation rate in a reservoir,especially at the initial operation stage of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir.A continuous motion criterion of turbidity current is usually used to predict whether turbidity currents can reach the dam after plunging and be vented under various conditions of incoming flow and sediment,and reservoir topography.In this study,existing qualitative criteria for continuous motion conditions of turbid density current are summarized;and shortcomings of existing quantitative criteria are presented.Together with the recent measurements of turbid density currents in the Xiaolangdi Reservoir,a new quantitative criterion is proposed to estimate the continuous motion conditions of turbid density current,which can be described by a relationship between mean stream power and mean water depth in the reservoir.This method can account for the effects of various influencing factors,including the influence of reservoir topography on the continuous motion conditions.
