【摘要】 目的探讨机械通气在抢救急性有机磷农药中毒所致呼吸衰竭中的作用。方法将我科ICU收治的急性有机磷中毒并发呼吸衰竭、按发生时间分为3组、采用机械通气的90例患者进行了回顾性分析。结果脱机成功、治愈出84例(93.33%)。混合性呼吸衰竭死亡率高达(40%)。中枢性呼吸衰竭平均上机时间25h,均为一次性脱机。中间型综合征平均上机时间76h,7例出现呼吸机依赖。机械通气前后血气分析相差显著。结论机械通气是抢救急性有机磷农药中毒并呼吸衰竭的关键措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of mechanical ventilation on the patients with respiratory failure as a result of acute organaphospherus pesticide poisoning(AOPP) .Methods In a retrospective study,90 patients used mechanical ventilation with respiratory failure as a result of AOPP,and divided them into three groups according to the time of respiratory failure attacked.Results The cured rate 0f respiratory failure was 93.33%.The mortality of the mixed respiratory failure was 40%.The time of mechanical ventilation were 25h in the central respiratory failure and 76h in the intermediate syndrome.Respirator dependence was found in 7 patients.The change of artery blood gas before and after mechanical ventilation was significant differences.Conclusion Mechanical ventilation is a key in treatment for respiratory failure as a result of AOPP.更多还原
