【摘要】 目的比较阴道B超与腹部B超对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾分析我院70例疑是异位妊娠患者的病例资料,所有患者均经阴道B超与腹部B超检查,并最后经手术及病例证实。结果阴道B超与最终诊断的符合率为97.14%,敏感性和特异性分别为98.43%和83.33%;腹部B超与最终诊断的符合率为90.00%,敏感性和特异性分别为89.06%和66.67%。结论经阴道B超检查能更及时、准确诊断异位妊娠,对指导临床有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Surpass compared with the vaginal ultransonography and abdominal ultransonography to the extrauterine pregnancy diagnosis value.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients which were doubted with extrauterine pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.All of them were examined by vaginal ultransonography and abdominal ultransonography and the final diagnosis were examined by pathological after surger.Results The diagnosis corresponding rate was 97.14% between the vaginal ultransonography and the last result,the susceptibility and specificity were 98.43% and 83.33%.The abdominal corresponding rate was 90.00% between the vaginal ultransonography and the last result,the susceptibility and specificity were 89.06% and 66.67%.Conclusion Abdominal ultransonography can diagnose ectopicrenancyin time and accurately,which plays an important role in the guidance od clincal treatment.更多还原
