三维非稳态晶体生长问题解的适定性分析
Well-posedness about the Solution of Crystal Growth in the Three-dimensional Unsteady State Problem
【摘要】 对定常速度下的三维非稳态晶体生长控制方程的解析解进行分析,得到满足该问题的解析解是唯一的,在均方模的意义下是稳定的,并且对于解的唯一性和均方模意义下的稳定性给出了具体的证明.
【Abstract】 The solution of a three-dimensional time-dependent partial differential equation for crystal growth is analyzed,and the uniqueness and stability of the solution are proved.
