富硒大麦苗对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 用不同剂量富硒大麦苗汁对小鼠灌胃,18 d后,除对照组外其他各组以0.2 mL的剂量一次性腹腔注射5%的四氯化碳(CCl4)石蜡油溶液,24 h后测定小鼠的免疫器官指数、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)指标,光镜下观察肝组织病理学变化.结果表明,富硒大麦苗低、中、高剂量组均能显著抑制CCl4所致急性肝损伤小鼠ALT活性的升高(p<0.01),明显改善肝组织损伤程度,并与其剂量呈正相关;富硒大麦苗低、中、高剂量组具有明显提高脾脏指数的作用(p<0.05).

【Abstract】 The mice with acute hepatic injury were orally administered SEBS at different doses(low,medium and high-doses).Eighteen days later,5% of the carbon tetrachloride solution of paraffin oil were intraperitoneally injected with the dose of 0.2mL.Twenty-four hours later,the immune organs index and the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were investigated,and the pathological changes of the liver were determined in all groups under microscope.The results suggest that SEBS at three doses significantly inhibited ALT activity in serum(p<0.01) and promoted the recovery of hepatic tissue injury,which was in a dose-dependent mode.Moreover,SEBS also obviously improved spleen index(p<0.05).
