【摘要】 目的:探讨臂丛神经损伤案件的规律性,提高法医鉴定质量。方法:对已鉴定的20例臂丛神经损伤案件一般情况和鉴定结论进行回顾性分析。结果:分娩伤多为闭合性损伤,医院有不同程度的医疗过错;交通事故伤多为闭合性损伤,伤残等级为V~X级,打架斗殴伤为开放性损伤,多为轻伤。结论:臂丛神经损伤案件有一定的规律性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the patterns of brachial plexus injury for strict medicolegal identification.Methods:The general data and conclusions were reviewed in 20 brachial plexus injury cases that were identified.Results:Closed wound was commonly seen in birth injury,which suggested that hospitals should be responsible for the malpractice.Also,traffic accidents primarily resulted in closed injuries that were labeled with grade V-X by disability evaluation.Fighting generally led to open wounds which were defined as microtrauma.Conclusion:Cases of brachial plexus injury have their certain regular patterns.更多还原
