【Abstract】 Employment is one of the hot issues among present social concerns.This paper does an investigation and gives an analysis on the basic situation of university graduates,the different problems existing in the important job interview procedure and grassroots employment,which is strongly promoted.The purpose is to advise the job guidance staff should reasonably analyze the employment dilemma so as to guide university graduates to face the employment positively and provide references for their future job hunting.更多还原
