钢铁材料EBSD样品电解抛光制备方法

【摘要】 对电解抛光方法制备钢铁材料EBSD样品进行了研究,找到了合适的电解抛光工艺参数。以商业用钢为例,用微分干涉显微镜观察电解抛光后的试样表面状态,可看到传统机械抛光过程中造成的抛光损伤已经去除,表面比较平滑,可以得到质量较高的EBSD图象。

【Abstract】 The electrolytic polishing method has been studied for preparation of steel specimens for electron backscatter diffraction analysis,and the optimum electrolytic polishing processing parameters have been obtained.As for the samples of commercial steels,the differential interference contrast microscope was used to observe the prepared surface.It has been found that the surface damage because of traditional mechanical polishing can be removed by electrolytic polishing,which is an ideal way to obtain surfaces suitable for EBSD observations.
