【摘要】 基于磷石膏目前的技术开发现状及其发展趋势,分析比较了磷石膏的不同应用途径与市场竞争力,指出了磷石膏不同利用途径需要解决的关键问题。建议生产企业根据所处的地理位置和周边产业环境,有目的地开展磷石膏作建材和土壤调理剂的应用;指出了磷石膏制硫酸盐在市场竞争力方面的不足;提出磷石膏的有效利用途径为脱硫制酸,钙、硅制水泥或水泥熟料,还提出脱硫制酸的重点是装置大型化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current status and development trend of phosphogypsum technology,the market competitiveness and the different utilization ways of phosphogypsum were analyzed and compared.Key problems needing to be solved in different utilization ways of phosphogypsum were pointed out.It was suggested that phosphogypsum must be purposefully utilized as the building material or soil conditioner according to the addresses and surroundings of enterprises;lacks of the market competitiveness of phosphogypsum prepared by sulfates were pointed out;producing acid by desulfurization as the most effective utilization way was mentioned.;and large-scale device as the most important for producing acid by desulfurization was also suggested.更多还原
