电磁定位技术在骨盆测量中的应用研究
Research on Electromagnetic Tracker in Pelvimetry
【摘要】 传统的产前骨盆测量采用测量尺和阴道指检估测,普遍存在较大的测量误差问题。为此,本文提出了基于电磁定位技术的骨盆测量方法,研制了测量系统。鉴于电磁定位技术的高精度、无视距限制和无辐射的特点,本测量系统可实现骨盆生理参数的无创伤测量。其测量数据准确,可满足临床骨盆测量的要求,为产前评估能否经阴道分娩提供可靠的技术手段。
【Abstract】 Traditional pelvimetry before labor,mainly using rule and estimation through the vaginal touch,which has higher measuring error.A method of pelvimetry based on electromagnetic tracker was proposed in this paper,and measure system has been developed.This system utilizing high accuracy,without line-of-sight restrictions and radiation of electromagnetic tracking technology,measure several parameters of pelvis without any wound.Its precise measuring data can fulfill clinical pelvimetry need,and it support reliable technical method for estimating vaginal delivery before labor.
