基于三维渗流模型的煤层注水控制系统
Design of the coal seam dynamic controlling system based on three-dimensional flow model
【摘要】 针对目前煤层注水工程无法进行实时控制和注水效果难以评估的实际情况。本文设计了一种嵌入式注水控制系统。系统通过应用独创的三维非稳定渗流模型定时获取煤体湿润状态并根据注水的不同阶段调整注水参数。本系统可同时对多个煤层注水孔进行流量和压力的监测与控制实现了对注水工程的有效管理并提高了注水效果。实际应用证明本系统功能齐全、性能可靠,可以实现无人看管自动注水,并使注水达到较佳效果。
【Abstract】 As the actual situation that coal seam water infusion project can not be real-time controlled and the effect of water injection is difficult to assess, in this paper it presents a embedded water infusion controlling system. The system gets coal wetting status on time by the applied original three-dimensional unsteady flow model and adjusts water injection parameters according to the different stages. The system can also monitor and control of the flow and the pressure of multiple coal seam holes simultaneously, it achieves an effective management for coal seam water infusion project and improves water infusion effects. Practical applications have shown that the system is fully functional, reliable, automatic injection unattended, and achieving better water infusion effects.
