基于Netlogo的高校保密项目管理仿真与分析
Netlogo-Based Simulation and Analysis of College Confidential Project Management
【摘要】 基于复杂适应系统理论的多主体建模方法为研究影响高校保密项目管理的风险因素提供了一种新方法。在分析高校保密项目管理系统是一类复杂适应系统的基础上,基于多主体建模方法,对高校保密项目管理系统中的主要对象即涉密人员、非直接涉密人员、保密管理人员和窃密人员的行为进行了建模,开发了基于Netlogo的高校保密项目管理系统的仿真原型,研究了科研环境和激励对高校保密项目管理系统的影响。实验结果表明高校科研环境建设对高校保密项目管理起着非常重要的作用,而完善的激励措施也是高校保密项目管理收到显著效果的重要条件。
【Abstract】 Agent-based simulation,a methodology based on Complex Adaptive System(CAS) theory,is considered to be a new approach to research risk of impacting college confidential project management.Applying agent-based modeling and simulation methodology,based on the analysis that college confidential project management is a complex system,construct the models for confidential staff agent,indirect confidential staff agent,confidentiality manager agent and stealing information staff agent.Applying the simulation tool-Netlogo,analyze the impacts of environment and encouragement measures on college confidential project management system.The experiment result illustrates that college research environment construction plays a very important role in college confidential project management,and perfect encouragement measures are essential for college confidential project management to achieve some benefit.
