【Abstract】 Current studies have demonstrated that psychosocial factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),more and more attention have been paid to the treatment of IBS with antidepressants. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs),tricyclic antidepressants(TCAs),serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are the commonly used antidepressants.This article reviewed the progress in treatment of IBS with antidepressants in recent years.更多还原
