【摘要】 目的:介绍武汉市儿童医院PACS系统在放射科的应用情况.方法:PACS与HIS、RIS三系统之间通过HL7协议网关和DICOMWorklist进行集成,将科内的影像设备、相机、电脑、专业竖屏及打印机等成功地连接到PACS系统.结果:PACS系统实现放射科内部的无片化和无纸化,优化了工作流程,提高了工作效率.结论:基于DICOM3.0标准和HL7协议的IHE技术框架指导,PACS系统与RIS及HIS系统进行了无缝整合.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce the application of the PACS system in radiology department in the Wuhan Children Hospital.Methods:Through HL7 protocol and DICOM Worklist,the PACS was integrated with the HIS and RIS system,and it successfully connected the Full-PACS with the imaging equipment,cameras,computers,professional portraits,printers and so on.Results:The PACS achieved filmless and paperless,optimized workflow and improved efficiency.Conclusion:It seamlessly integrate the PACS,RIS and HIS system,within technical framework guidance of IHE,which is based on DICOM3.0 standard and HL7 protocol.更多还原
