悬臂梁与主船体界面分析

【摘要】 以某91.44 m(300 ft)自升式钻井平台为例,对悬臂梁与主船体界面进行分析,考虑到悬臂梁完全缩回和完全伸出两种状态,给出载荷的计算过程和合理的载荷施加方法,提出更加接近工程实际情况的9种载荷组合工况。通过有限元软件SESAM来计算界面处的最大支反力,然后根据规范使用经验公式和有限元两种方法来校核界面处的强度。

【Abstract】 The 300 feet jack-up drilling platform was taken as example to introduce the detail of the cantilever hull interface analysis.The both cantilever retracted and extended were considered.The both calculation of the loads and the reasonable loading method were discussed.9 load combinations were presented based on the principle of most dangerous combination of loads to simulate the actual engineering situation.The maximum reaction forces of the interface were attained in Sesam,then check the strength of the interface by both empirical formula and FEM.
