基于船舶交通模拟实验的水域通航风险评估
Waterways Navigation Risk Evaluation Based on Ship Traffic Simulation
【摘要】 基于水域通航环境的分析和船舶流量的统计,采用VB 6.0编程方法设计并建立船舶交通模拟实验平台,对船舶会遇信息进行统计分析,从而实现通航风险的有效评估,其评价结果具有实时性和区域性分布的特点。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the navigation environment and statistic of ship traffic flow in the water area,a simulation platform was designed with VB programming to get statistical data of ship encounter situation and evaluate navigation risk effectively and objectively.
