【摘要】 随着我国高校招生制度改革的持续推进,高校招生在招生规范的宏观调控下拥有了一定的自主权,但因招生自主权的不当行使,高校招生违规行为也时有发生,广大人民群众的平等受教育权受到了很大伤害,高校招生的公平、公正受到了社会质疑。实现招生法制化是解决影响高校招生公平公正深层次问题的有效机制,并在建立健全领导机构,建立合法公正的招生制度、信息公开制度、监督机制,引入司法审查等方面构建相应机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reformed recruitment policy entitles higher educational institutions with autonomous rights on recruitment,however,the rights are abused by some colleges.As a result,some students could not enjoy equal education rights and the recruitment system attracts considerable criticism.The paper holds that to eradicate the impartiality existing in recruitment process,it is very necessary to establish a lawful and fair recruiting system,information disclosure mechanism and supervision system,and introduce judicatory examination system.更多还原
