醇热法BiOCl微米球的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 采用醇热法以Bi(NO3)3.5H2O、TiCl3和无水乙醇为原料合成了BiOCl微米球光催化剂.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-vis)对样品进行表征,并估算出能隙大小约为2.58eV.结果表明,该样品为球状物并且在降解染料上具有良好的效率,65min以内对罗丹明B(RhB)的脱色率高达94%以上,优于P25在紫外光下的催化效果.

【Abstract】 The BiOCl microspheres were prepared by one-step alcohol-heating process using Bi(NO3)3·5H2O,TiCl3 and absolute ethanol.The sample was characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-vis DRS,and the band-gap was estimated to be 2.58 eV.The results of the study show that the sample is microspheres;and it has excellent efficiency that could degradate more than 94% of RhB in 65 minites,which means that,in photocatalytic reactions of Rhodamine B(RhB) dye degradation,BiOCl has better performance than TiO2(P25) under UV irradiation.
