鼻渊丸质量标准的研究
Study of Quality Standard for Biyuan Pills
【摘要】 目的:对鼻渊丸进行质量标准研究.方法:采用薄层色谱法对鼻渊丸进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对木兰脂素进行含量测定.结果:该方法的线性范围为0.060 4～1.510 0μg;平均回收率为98.90%(RSD=1.97%,n=6)结论:方法可行,重复性好,能有效控制鼻渊丸的质量.
【Abstract】 The quality standard for Biyuan pills is studied.Biyuan pills are identified by TLC and chlorogenic acid in magnoline is determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The linear relationship is at the range of 0.060 4-1.510 0 μg.The average recovery is 98.90%(RSD=1.97% and n=6).The methods are available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of Biyuan pills.
