武汉工业科技投入产出效率实证分析及对策

【摘要】 为了从实证的角度研究武汉市科技投入产出的效率,搜集了武汉工业科技投入产出相关因素的数据,采用因子分析法展开研究,分析评价了武汉工业科技投入产出的效率,得出新产品产值与专利申请数和专利拥有数而不是新产品开发项目数及R&D项目数有很大的关联的结论,这与工业企业运行实际和以往研究成果有出入。此外,还得出了包括科技投入综合得分逐渐低于科技产出的综合得分等结论,并就此提出调整工业科技投入结构、加强工业科研项目的监管工作、重视高级人才的培养和引进等对策。

【Abstract】 In order to empirically investigate technological input-output efficiency of Wuhan city,data of technological industry input and output were collected.Technology input-output efficiency was analyzed and evaluated using factor analysis method.It was the number of application patent and owed patent rather than the new product development project number and R&D project number that was closely associated with new products output.It was slightly different from industrial enterprise operation actuality and the existing research results.It was also concluded that investment in science and technology output synthetical score was gradually below the synthetical score.Some corresponding countermeasures,like investment in science and technology structure adjusting,supervision work of industrial research projects strengthening,and senior talents training and bringing in,were then given.
