【Abstract】 The migration distance affects migrants’ decisions of outgoing and their employment probability.Their migration time will increase their psychological cost and reflect migrant’s working experience and employment capability to some degree.On the base of the Heckman sample selection model and multivariate regression analysis,the paper discusses the influence of outgoing cost on minority migrants’ employment.The research shows that outgoing cost has remarkable positive promotion effects to migrants’ employment and income.更多还原
