电化学除盐中混凝土内氯离子的迁移特征研究

【摘要】 对电化学除盐过程中混凝土内Cl-的迁移特征进行了研究,并根据单位通电量作用下氯离子的驱除效率提出了电化学除盐能效比的定义。结果表明,电化学除盐后混凝土内氯离子呈上凸曲线分布,即除盐后钢筋周围与辅助阳极附近的混凝土中Cl-浓度较低,而中部混凝土中Cl-浓度较高;电化学除盐能效比的分析发现,电化学除盐的前期,电流密度愈大,除盐能效比愈高;电化学除盐的后期,电流密度愈小,除盐能效比愈高。

【Abstract】 The chloride ion migration in concrete specimens was studied during electrochemical chloride extraction(ECE),and the energy efficiency ratio of ECE was calculated by the charge of extracted Cl-to the charge of current.The results show that the distribution of chloride ion in concrete after ECE play a convex curve,as outer-layer concrete and inner-layer concrete being with lower chloride ion concentration in comparison to middle-layer concrete.The result of energy efficiency ratio of ECE shows that at earlier stage of ECE,the greater the current density of ECE,the higher the energy efficiency ratio;while at the later stage of ECE,the smaller the current density,the higher the energy efficiency ratio.
