PC连续梁桥弯曲孔道摩阻损失
Frictional Prestress Loss in Curving Hole of Prestressed Concrete
【摘要】 预应力混凝土连续梁桥和连续刚构桥摩阻损失过大,会导致桥梁结构过早失效或破坏。本文基于赫兹接触理论,探讨了预应力弯曲孔道接触应力的分布规律,分析了预应力弯曲孔道预应力摩阻损失计算理论存在的严重缺陷,指出了预应力弯曲孔道摩阻损失计算公式及其伸长量计算公式的不合理性。假定了几种弯曲孔道接触压应力分布,并对各接触压应力分布情况下的摩阻损失进行了比较分析。PC连续梁桥预应力弯曲孔道摩阻损失的分析,对于大跨度预应力混凝土桥梁结构的设计具有重要的理论价值。
【Abstract】 Excessive prestress loss caused by friction in prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge can cause it premature failure.Based on Hertz Contact Theory,this study explores the law of distribution of the normal stress in Curving Hole and point out the irrational of the formula of the frictional prestressing loss.An equation of contact pressure distribution in Curving Hole is hypothesized and its loss of prestress caused by Frictional Resistance is compared.The analysis on prestress loss caused by friction in prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge and continuous rigid frame bridge in duct wall is of great theoretical value for the design of large span prestressed concrete bridge.
