甲醇催化剂吸硫量对使用寿命及生产强度的影响
Influence of Sulfur Adsorption on Life and Production Intensity of Methanol Catalyst
【摘要】 介绍了山东兖矿鲁南化肥厂低压甲醇生产装置在诸多相同条件下,三批次甲醇催化剂的使用寿命与生产强度。随着甲醇催化剂吸硫量的降低,其使用寿命与生产强度均大幅度提高,创造了国内外以煤为原料低压法合成甲醇催化剂使用寿命超过4年10个月,生产强度达31800 t/m3的新纪录。
【Abstract】 Introduce life and production intensity of three batches of methanol catalyst under same conditions of low-pressure methanol devices in Yankuang Lu’nan Chemical Fertilizer Plant.With lowering of sulfur adsorption of methanol catalyst,life and production intensity of methanol catalyst are greatly increased,and a new record is created that,the service life of low-pressure methanol catalyst is over 4 yaers and 10 months with coal as raw materials,and production intensity is 31800t/m3 both at home and abroad.
