【Abstract】 Russian government focuses on the development of the preschool education,and elevates the preschool education to the top priority in the Teach First scheme.Russian public preschool education institutes have a rather higher proportion and strong public nature,as well as a more even distribution in rural and urban areas.The preschool education respects a child’s nature and its natural growth rule,and adopts games as primary approaches in the process of learning and developing.The cultivation of the humanistic spirit and the linking of the preschool and primary education are emphasized during the preschool period.更多还原
