单体同位素分析技术在环境研究中的应用进展
Application of Compound-Specific Isotope Analysis in Organic Pollutants Research
【摘要】 单体同位素分析(Compound-Specific Isotope Analysis,CSIA)是20世纪90年代发展成熟的现代分析方法,日渐应用于环境分析领域,成为当前研究有机污染物最具有应用前景的技术之一。当前CSIA技术在有机污染物研究中的应用主要集中在污染物来源判识、生物转化及实地生物降解研究等方面,本文主要综述了CSIA在有机污染物来源示踪和其在实地生物降解研究方面的进展。
【Abstract】 Compound-Specific Isotope Analysis(CSIA) has developed into a mature modern analytical method over the last decade.As a powerful analytical tool,CSIA has been widely applied in the field of environmental analysis and become one of the most promising approaches in organic pollutants research.Up to date,most studies of CSIA in organic pollutants research are focused on identification of contaminant sources,proof of biological transformation(degradation) and in-situ biodegradation of contaminant.The applications of CSIA on source tracing and in-situ biodegradation of contaminant are introduced in this review.
