【摘要】 随着我国进出口贸易的不断扩大和发展,外贸企业面临的信用风险问题也越来越受到人们的重视。欺诈违约、拖欠货款等纠纷成为困扰我国外贸企业发展的一大难题。如何协调进出口贸易的风险与收益,如何切实有效进行进出口贸易信用风险管理、减少损失是我国很多外贸企业关切的问题。文章分析了国际贸易常用结算方式的优缺点,并针对其缺点,提出了规避贸易风险的相关策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign trade corporations are faced with serious problems of credit risk with the development of China’s foreign trade.The disputes of fraud,breach of contract and arrears have obstructed our foreign trade corporation’s development.The problems of how to coordinate foreign trade’s risk and return,how to control foreign trade’s credit risk effectively and cut down losses,become more and more important for China’s foreign trade corporations.This article analyses the merits and demerits of main methods of payment,and puts forward tactics to evade trade risk.更多还原
